Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community health outreach programs targeting underserved populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform intervention strategies
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and community organizations to address health disparities
- Prepare grant proposals and manage budgets for public health initiatives
- Conduct health education workshops and lead public awareness campaigns
- Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal health regulations
- Collaborate with policymakers to advocate for evidence-based health legislation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Strong grant writing and budget management skills
- Experience working with diverse communities and cultural competency
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Knowledge of San Francisco County health systems and resources
