Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based health education programs targeting underserved communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and resource gaps
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations on outreach initiatives
- Manage grant-funded projects totaling $500K+ annually
- Develop culturally responsive health communication materials in multiple languages
- Lead crisis response during public health emergencies
- Maintain compliance with OHA and CDC reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 3+ years experience in community health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS/R for statistical analysis
- Experience managing federal/state grant applications
- Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese required
- Valid Oregon driver's license
