Responsibilities

- Partner with local healthcare providers and community organizations on wellness initiatives
- Conduct health education workshops and outreach campaigns across diverse neighborhoods
- Manage grant funding and ensure compliance with federal/state health regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in health informatics systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with emergency preparedness planning and grant management
- Valid Colorado driver's license and ability to travel within the city
