Responsibilities
- Lead community health assessments and data analysis to identify emerging health trends
- Develop and implement targeted health education campaigns for vulnerable populations
- Coordinate emergency preparedness responses including disease outbreak management
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations on health equity initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using public health metrics
- Prepare comprehensive reports for public health leadership and policy development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (required)
- Minimum 3 years of public health program experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated success in multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Experience developing culturally responsive health interventions
- Washington State driver's license (position requires local travel)
