- Oversee social media platforms and digital content creation
- Coordinate crisis communications protocols and public messaging
- Produce newsletters, reports, and multimedia public engagement materials
- Collaborate with leadership on policy communications
- Analyze public sentiment and adjust messaging strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive communications experience
- Proven crisis management and media relations expertise
- Proficiency in CMS platforms and social analytics tools
- Strong writing/editing skills with portfolio samples
- Experience in government/public sector communications preferred
- Ability to obtain security clearance
