Qualifications

- 3+ years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong research and quantitative analysis skills
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and public consultation processes
- Knowledge of California state government operations
- Valid California driver's license (required for occasional in-person meetings)
