Responsibilities

- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across government agencies and community organizations
- Monitor legislation and regulatory changes affecting municipal operations
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Urban Planning, or related field
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or nonprofit sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of Massachusetts municipal governance structures
- Master's degree preferred for senior-level responsibilities
