Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of government or public sector experience
- Proficiency in policy analysis frameworks and quantitative research methods
- Advanced knowledge of Texas municipal governance structures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strict deadlines
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background clearance
- Texas driver's license required
