Responsibilities
- Analyze complex legislative proposals and regulatory impacts
- Research and draft policy briefs for senior leadership
- Coordinate with state agencies and stakeholder groups
- Present findings to legislative committees and public forums
- Monitor implementation effectiveness of existing policies
- Develop data-driven recommendations for program improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of government or policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, SPSS, or SAS)
- Deep knowledge of Texas legislative processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
