Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy issues and prepare evidence-based recommendations for state legislators
- Collaborate with agency leaders to develop strategic policy frameworks
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using government databases and stakeholder interviews
- Author concise policy briefs and legislative testimony documents
- Monitor federal policy trends and assess impacts on North Carolina operations

Qualifications
