Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative impacts and draft policy briefs for state agencies
- Coordinate intergovernmental projects with federal/local partners
- Manage grant applications and compliance reporting processes
- Conduct stakeholder outreach and public engagement sessions
- Develop performance metrics for policy implementation
- Prepare testimony for legislative hearings and committee meetings
- Monitor regulatory changes across all government levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of government/public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Expert knowledge of Georgia state/federal regulatory frameworks
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
