Responsibilities
- Dispatch police, fire, and EMS personnel using CAD/RMS systems
- Maintain accurate incident documentation and radio logs
- Provide emergency medical instructions via phone
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Operate specialized communication equipment
- Adhere to NIMS and emergency protocols
- Participate in continuous training drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to pass background check and polygraph
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Experience with CAD/RMS systems preferred
- EMT certification a plus
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
