Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume emergency calls for police, fire, and medical services during night shift hours

- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation to callers in distress

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year dispatch/emergency communications experience
- National Emergency Number Association (NENA) certification required
- Valid California driver's license and clean record
- Ability to pass background check and psychological evaluation
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual candidates highly valued)
