Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Texas Emergency Management certification (TEMI) or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Advanced proficiency in GIS mapping and emergency software systems
- Proven ability to manage intergovernmental projects
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Strong analytical and crisis communication skills
