Responsibilities
- Manage 911 emergency calls with precision and compassion
- Dispatch police/fire/EMS units during high-pressure night shifts
- Maintain accurate CAD records and incident documentation
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Operate radio systems and specialized emergency equipment
- Provide crisis intervention and caller guidance
- Conduct shift briefings and equipment checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years emergency dispatch or public safety experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- National APCO certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10pm-6am)
- Proficiency in CAD systems and multi-line telephony
- Clearance for background check and drug screening
