Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls and incidents within 15-minute response time
- Patrol designated areas to deter criminal activity and ensure public safety
- Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for legal proceedings
- Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and EMS during multi-agency operations
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce municipal ordinances
- Provide public education on emergency preparedness and crime prevention
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and physical fitness test
- Minimum 1 year experience in security, military, or law enforcement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and incident reporting software
- Fluent English communication skills; bilingual Spanish a plus
