Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls and provide first aid/crisis intervention
- Patrol assigned areas to detect and prevent criminal activity
- Document incidents and prepare detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement and fire departments during emergencies
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce municipal codes
- Assist with disaster preparedness and community outreach programs
- Maintain radio communication and coordinate response efforts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 2 years public safety or emergency response experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and incident reporting software
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish highly valued
- Must be U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
