Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government operations or public sector coordination
- Texas driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in crisis management frameworks (e.g., NIMS/ICS)
- Advanced skills in data analysis using Excel and Tableau
- Spanish bilingual certification preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends during emergencies
