Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or public sector roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of San Antonio municipal services and resources
