Responsibilities
- Oversee municipal infrastructure projects including road maintenance and water systems
- Manage departmental budget allocation and resource planning
- Coordinate with federal/state agencies for grant compliance and reporting
- Lead cross-functional teams for public works initiatives
- Analyze infrastructure data to recommend policy improvements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Public Administration
- 5+ years of public sector management experience
- Strong knowledge of Indiana municipal regulations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and GIS software
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- Certified Public Manager (CPM) preferred
- Experience with federal grant applications
