Responsibilities
- Coordinate municipal infrastructure projects including road maintenance and water systems
- Manage project budgets and reporting requirements

- Ensure adherence to OSHA and EPA safety standards
- Prepare grant applications and compliance documentation
- Conduct field inspections and quality control assessments
- Support emergency response coordination during weather events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of municipal project coordination experience
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and GIS software
- Familiarity with FEMA grant processes
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to obtain NC Public Works certification within 12 months
