Responsibilities
- Inspect construction sites for compliance with city codes and safety regulations

- Maintain accurate records using city GIS and database systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years construction inspection experience
- ICBO certifications in building inspection preferred
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and OSHA standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
