Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including street repair, drainage maintenance, and debris removal
- Operate light equipment (e.g., jackhammers, power tools, trucks) safely and efficiently
- Assist in emergency response during severe weather events
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Document work activities and maintain equipment logs
- Participate in community beautification initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License
- Minimum 1 year construction or maintenance experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Basic equipment operation experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Clean background check and drug screen required
