Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and paving
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, dump trucks, trenchers) under supervision
- Assist in repairing roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Maintain parks, green spaces, and public facilities
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Document work progress and complete daily reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license
- 6 months construction or landscaping experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and safety equipment
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Strong work ethic and reliability essential
