Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and equipment operation
- Conduct routine inspections of public infrastructure (roads, drainage systems, parks)
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, dump trucks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms for project coordination
- Document field activities using mobile reporting systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Participate in emergency response during severe weather events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Nevada Class C driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting (Google Suite, mobile apps)
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
