Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including excavation, grading, and concrete work
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely
- Maintain construction sites with proper safety protocols
- Assist in road repair, drainage system installation, and park maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Experience with basic construction tools and equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
