Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in construction, repair, and maintenance of public infrastructure (roads, sidewalks, parks)
- Operate light machinery (saws, jackhammers, dump trucks) safely and efficiently
- Assist in storm drain cleaning, vegetation removal, and debris cleanup
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure improvement projects
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support emergency response during severe weather events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily on uneven terrain

- Willingness to obtain required certifications (training provided)
