Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools for infrastructure construction/maintenance
- Perform street repairs, sewer maintenance, and park landscaping duties
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Assist in emergency response during weather-related incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on municipal projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years construction/public works experience
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
