Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on city streets, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, forklifts, etc.) with proper certification
- Assist in emergency storm response and snow removal operations
- Complete digital work order documentation via remote portal
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Conduct site inspections using mobile reporting tools
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in all field activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Experience with municipal infrastructure maintenance
- Ability to work independently with remote supervision
- Proficiency in digital reporting tools (e.g., GIS, work order systems)
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
