Responsibilities
- Operate city-provided machinery for infrastructure maintenance
- Perform manual labor on streets, parks, and public facilities
- Conduct safety inspections and report hazards
- Assist in emergency response during weather events
- Maintain assigned equipment per department protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects
- Adhere to OSHA and city safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license (Class C minimum)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Basic math skills for measurement and inventory
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
