Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain provided heavy machinery (excavators, loaders, graders)
- Perform manual labor for road maintenance, drainage systems, and park development
- Conduct site inspections and safety compliance checks
- Assist in emergency response during natural disasters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public works projects
- Document daily work activities and equipment usage logs
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C Driver's License
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification preferred
- Ability to operate heavy machinery with proven experience
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic construction safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical examination
