Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, paving, and landscape maintenance
- Operate light machinery (saws, jackhammers, compactors)
- Install and repair public infrastructure (sidewalks, drainage systems)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols

Qualifications
