Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties related to road maintenance, paving, and utility installations.
- Operate heavy machinery and construction equipment, including dump trucks, rollers, and skid steers, under supervision.
- Assist with snow removal and ice control operations during winter months.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies from trucks and haulers.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and crew members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License required (Class D or CDL preferred).
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.
