Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction and maintenance tasks on public infrastructure projects.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and debris safely.
- Operate heavy equipment (such as loaders, excavators, and dump trucks) under the direct supervision of a foreman.
- Perform traffic control duties, including flagging and setting up cones/barriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in road repairs, sidewalk installation, and drainage maintenance.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual labor, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn and a strong commitment to safety.
- Background: Must pass a drug screen and background check.
