Responsibilities
- Assist in road maintenance, repair, and paving projects.
- Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Operate light to heavy equipment (after training completion), such as dump trucks and skid steers.
- Participate in snow and ice removal operations during winter months.
- Maintain cleanliness of public works sites and equipment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and on-site protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required.
