Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and transporting construction materials
- Assist with road maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and park facility upkeep
- Operate basic hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean and safe work sites following OSHA guidelines
- Support stormwater management and drainage system inspections
- Participate in community beautification projects
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training!
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred (will assist with obtaining)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
