Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, graders) for infrastructure projects
- Perform manual labor: excavation, paving, and drainage maintenance
- Conduct daily site inspections and safety compliance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on municipal improvements
- Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs
- Document project progress using digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification
- Minimum 2 years heavy equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Proficient with digital work order systems
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Tulsa residency required within 90 days of hire
