Responsibilities
- Assist in construction and repair of roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment under supervision
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and department protocols
- Participate in traffic control and work zone setup
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project timelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Texas Driver's License (Class C minimum)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
