Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, paving, and drainage maintenance
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power tools) safely
- Assist in road repair, street cleaning, and stormwater system upkeep
- Collaborate with crew leads to execute daily project tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
