Responsibilities
- Perform street maintenance, including patching and sweeping
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, mowers, etc.) safely
- Assist in park maintenance and landscaping projects
- Support snow removal operations during winter months
- Conduct routine inspections of public facilities
- Collaborate with crew leads to complete daily tasks efficiently
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and city regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Minnesota driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical
- No felony convictions within 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the US
