Responsibilities
- Perform street maintenance including pothole repairs and curb installation
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, forklifts) under supervision
- Assist in stormwater management and drainage projects
- Conduct routine park and facility upkeep
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public works initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (Class B preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- No felony convictions
