Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and equipment operation
- Operate machinery like dump trucks, backhoes, and graders after training
- Maintain roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Assist in emergency response during weather events
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain equipment
- Complete required certifications (OSHA, flagging, etc.) through paid training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas Driver's License (Class B preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (paid training provided)
- Basic mechanical aptitude
