Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on municipal facilities, roads, and public spaces
- Operate heavy equipment including trucks, loaders, and specialized machinery

- Document work activities and maintain accurate equipment logs
- Respond to emergency weather-related maintenance requests

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Pennsylvania Commercial Driver's License (Class B)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in construction, landscaping, or facility maintenance
- OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Basic proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Philadelphia residency required upon hire
