Responsibilities
- Manage $5M+ capital improvement projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and community stakeholders
- Oversee contract administration and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with ADA, NEPA, and local building codes
- Prepare progress reports and fiscal documentation
- Lead public meetings for project transparency
- Implement sustainable infrastructure solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Valid Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience with municipal infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
