Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee public infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Develop project budgets and monitor financial performance
- Lead stakeholder engagement and community outreach initiatives
- Implement sustainable construction practices and environmental mitigation
- Utilize GIS technology for project planning and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in public works
- PMP certification preferred
- Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of Arizona construction regulations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Valid Arizona driver's license
