- Inspect and maintain public infrastructure including roads, drainage systems, and public facilities
- Operate specialized equipment safely and efficiently during field operations
- Document work progress and submit detailed reports to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on emergency response initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations
- Assist in disaster recovery and storm preparedness activities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in construction, maintenance, or related field
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments
- Basic proficiency with GIS mapping and digital reporting systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Must pass background check and drug screening
