Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for 2026-era AI systems
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms to accelerate machine learning workflows
- Architect distributed quantum networks with sub-millisecond latency requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, ML engineers, and hardware specialists
- Optimize neural network topologies for quantum acceleration on emerging hardware
- Create security protocols for quantum-resistant AI systems
- Drive patent development in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Advanced Machine Learning
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum computing architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum ML applications
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
