Your Mission

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for state employees experiencing technical difficulties, ensuring business continuity and user satisfaction from your remote office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools for state employees.
