Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Federal and State systems.
- Design, develop, and implement complex IT solutions, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance standards (FedRAMP, HIPAA, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and government stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing legacy systems while integrating modern cloud technologies.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in current government processes and workflows.
- Document system architecture, data flows, and technical manuals for knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent military/technical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, preferably within the Federal or State Government sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with government contracting lifecycle (SDLC) and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical stakeholder presentations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
