Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical software architectures using Qiskit and Cirq
- Implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead quantum security audits for enterprise clients
- Author patents and peer-reviewed publications on quantum computing innovations
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in algorithm design principles
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST Post-Quantum Standardization)
